Contrary to all those “bigger is better” emails you’ve been getting for the last 30 years, shorter may actually be preferred to longer—at least when it comes to podcasts and other audio content.
I have found this to be true for my podcast. Most people appreciate the 10-20 minute range our episodes tend to be. If I have a great conversation that won't fit in that timeframe, I will usually mention it in the description, or divide into 2 episodes.
