Consider the culture of your podcast. Are you this focused on quality and listener satisfaction?
Are you willing to make “uncomfortable” decisions, such as refusing guests, not publishing interviews, or rescheduling/canceling interviews with guests who don’t show up for remote sessions with the proper equipment?
It's dedication to quality that attracts guests and keeps listeners engaged. Be nice to guests, but remember that listeners come first, so do what you need in order to get a great interview.
