Big Podcast AMP has a monthly “Oops” session where members get together to talk about what went wrong the previous month.
The purpose is two-fold:
Normalize mistakes.
Fix mistakes, so they don’t happen again.
The funny thing about mistakes is that most people aren’t even aware they’ve happened. This post, for example, was published five days after its original release date. And the graphic below has a misspelling.
No regerts.
Mistakes are not just inevitable; they're invaluable. It's through these moments that we grow.
